Dental professionals celebrated in Queen’s Birthday Honours list 2021

Continuing a tradition that began in 1975, this year’s The Queen’s Birthday Honours List recognises the significant contribution made by members of the dental profession and industry.

The ADA warmly congratulates everyone honoured and thanks them for their ongoing service to the profession and to the people of Australia.

For distinguished service to dentistry, to periodontal research and education, and to professional dental organisations.

MEMBER (AM) IN THE GENERAL DIVISION OF THE ORDER OF AUSTRALIA

Dr. John Edward COOLICAN (NSW) 

For significant service to dentistry in the field of orthodontics, and to rugby union.

Dr. Geoffrey Macdonald KNIGHT (VIC) 

For significant service to professional dental associations, and to the community.
